Postage & Handling

To ensure that there are no addressing errors, you are required to check your order confirmation email has the correct details. Upper Dhali® will post your items to the address on your order confirmation (or the address listed on your PayPal confirmation should you checkout with this payment option) and will not be held liable if this information is not correct.


All parcels will be shipped no earlier than TWO (2) BUSINESS DAYS following the date of your order and/or receipt of payment in full unless otherwise advised.

Parcels are dispatched on MONDAY and WEDNESDAY of each week.



There may be a selection of postage options available at checkout. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the correct option is chosen for your order. Should the customer select the incorrect option, a refund or invoice will be issued for the correct amount. Failure to pay for the correct shipping may risk your order being cancelled.

Keepsake Dolls
Complimentary Australia Post Regular post including signature on delivery & insurance applies to all doll orders Australia wide. 


Dolls will arrive safely secured in sturdy mailing boxes, including tissue paper & protective packaging.

Prints are sent with sturdy backing boards in a waterproof protective sleeve.

How long until I receive my order?
Regular Post can take up to 10 business days.

Express Post - Australia wide express post can take between 2 & 5 business days from the date your order is shipped, dependent on geographical location and Australia Post time frames.

Upon shipping, clients will receive an email with their tracking information included. Please ensure you check this information in order to track your delivery.

Please note:
Should your item be lost in transit, an investigation will be lodged with Australia Post or appropriate delivery courier and until such time that your parcel is located or deemed lost by Australia Post/delivery courier, no refunds or replacements will be issued. Any damages sustained during transit need to be reported within 24 hours of receipt by way of email including photos of damage.

Dolls will arrive securely packaged in sturdy mailing boxes, including tissue paper & protective packaging.

• Shipping is via the Australia Post Standard International Parcel Post service & includes signature on delivery.

• Insurance is available for an additional charge - please notify us should you require these upgrades to be added.

How long until I receive my order?
International orders can take between 5 to 20 business days from the date your order is shipped depending on location.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE:

• Your order will be sent with the total order value in Australian dollars stated on the International Customs shipping documentation. Please do not request that I falsify customs paperwork.


• Upper Dhali does not pay for the cost of custom fees &/or import duties into any country. This is the responsibility of the customer to research this information BEFORE placing an order with Upper Dhali. These charges are the financial responsibility of the client.

• Once your order has been shipped, Upper Dhali will accept no responsibility for loss or any damage to your package.  Please upgrade your shipping to include insurance to cover these circumstances. Should your item be lost in transit, an investigation will be lodged with the mail service to locate your parcel. No refunds or replacements will be considered until such time as notification from the mail service has been received.

• Should the parcel arrive in the customers country and the customer rejects to collect the parcel due to further fees and charges (as requested by the customers country's postal service), the customer will be held financially liable for all shipping charges to and from your country, together with all fees incurred by Upper Dhali is association with the rejection, plus all cancellation fees as noted in our terms and conditions of sale.
