• Deposit & Fees
  Enter the discount code LAYBUY20 at checkout and your order will be reduced to a 20% booking deposit (plus postage if applicable). A $10 service fee will apply to all lay-bys and will be detailed in your emailed payment schedule.
  
  
• Term
  Lay-buy is available on a 8 week term* and must be paid in full, including postage charge, by the finalisation date as notified to the customer within your Laybuy Agreement. Ready made items will be shipped within 5 business days of final payment, Made to Order items will ship within 10 business days of final payment.
  
  *A longer term can be negotiated for all made to order purchases including Portrait Dolls, please email to discuss prior to ordering.
  
  
• Payments
  A payment schedule will be emailed to you within 2 business days outlining your Laybuy Agreement with Upper Dhali. This schedule will include a Laybuy service fee of $10, the finalisation date & details on how to pay your instalments.
  
  Australian Customers - Laybuy payments are to be made via Bank Transfer. Further details on suggested payment dates will be outlined within your laybuy schedule which is emailed to you within 2 business days. PayPal payments can be accepted in minimum instalments of $100.
  
  International Customers - Laybuy payments are to be made via PayPal: minimum $100AUD installments. 
  
  
• Cancellation
  Your lay-buy may be cancelled at any time during the term. Failure to make payments by the due date will be deemed as cancellation. All customers are entitled to a refund of all monies paid, less a termination fee equal to your initial deposit (20% value of item).
  
  
• Exclusions & Modifications
  Lay-buy is not available on seasonal, clearance and discontinued products, or in conjunction with other discount codes or payment plans. Lay-buy contents cannot be modified.
