Kindness & Compassion

We are committed to creating an environment that is welcoming, inclusive, and respectful to everyone, and do not tolerate bullying and harrassment. We treat every customer with empathy and respect. Compassion and understanding are vital components of a positive customer experience.

Integrity

Holding ourselves to high ethical standards in all our interactions, we are committed to doing what is right, even if it means taking the more challenging path. Unwavering commitment to integrity is integral to building long-term relationships with our customers.

Excellence

Customers as the lifeblood of our business, we are dedicated to providing unparalleled service. Our team is responsive, helpful, and courteous, and we consistently look for ways to exceed customer expectations.

Product Safety

The health and safety of customers is our priority. We ensure that all products are safe for their intended use by continuous quality control and testing.

Ornamental Keepsake Dolls, our signature product, are in compliance with Australian Product Safety Standards for their description and as such, Upper Dhali® ornamental keepsake dolls are sold with secured product liability insurance across the globe.

Upper Dhali® handmade keepsake dolls are ornamental display items and not a toy. Product safety testing, when required, is outsourced to a reputable and professional third party company, using specialised equipement to ensure unbiased and non-manipulated compliance.

We recognize the need to stay ahead of the curve and embrace new and innovative ways to improve our products, processes, and services. We are committed to taking calculated risks to achieve our goals and remain at the forefront of our industry.
